Since pioneering the development of disposable acupuncture needles to protect both practitioners and patients from the risk of transmission, we have remained steadfast in the philosophy to “contribute to the realisation of safe and effective acupuncture treatment.” In recent years, our advanced technologies have also been applied across a range of industrial fields.

We continuously pursue advancements in manufacturing technology, guided by our belief that acupuncture must be both safe for patients and practitioners, and with ease of use. In response to practitioner feedback seeking improved usability, we have developed three key features: color-coded identification of needle thickness, ultrasonic welding technology for unused needle detection and a design that enables one-handed operation.

We have also developed "needle-pointed round acupuncture" that offers a gentler experience for patients and can be applied to delicate areas. In addition to conventional grinding techniques, the establishment of our advanced tip polishing technology has enabled the mass production of ultra-fine wire spherical shaping and sharp-edge processing—achievements that were previously unattainable.
