Our straightening technology, which controls needle dimensions with precision to 1/1000 of a millimeter and applies advanced straightening processes, ensures exceptional consistency and stability in needle manufacturing.
Straightening without Scratching the Surface of the Metal Wire
Our straightening technology applies precise linear processing, which meets exceptional accuracy without scratching the wire surface, unlike conventional straightening methods, which involve pulling or striking the wire causing damage or scratches to the wire surface.
Although ultra-fine wires are typically prone to breakage, we have achieved stable, high-quality mass production.
